Who's behind this
thefika.club is a project by Joy Solutions AB, a Swedish company. We're the data controller for whatever you share with us here.
What we collect
Whatever you fill in on the waitlist form: your name, email, phone if you give us one, the city you're in, how you describe what you do, roughly how busy your practice is, where you're active online, and whether you're already part of a peer circle.
Why we collect it
To get back to you personally about the waitlist, and to help us choose the first ten practitioners we co-create thefika.club with. Nothing else.
Legal basis
You ticking the consent box on the form. You can withdraw any time, and we'll delete what we have on the spot.
Who else sees it
Just us, and the tools we use to run the form and write back to you (Mailchimp for the form and audience, Cloudflare for email routing). They're bound by GDPR-compliant data agreements. No one buys, borrows, or sells your details.
How long we keep it
Twelve months at most, or until we've followed up with you. Whichever comes first. After that, it's gone.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we have on file, fix anything that's wrong, delete it all, withdraw your consent, or complain to IMY (the Swedish data authority) if you think we're handling things badly.
